WOMEN EMPOWERED COURSE. We now offer the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy's proprietary women's self-defense course at NKA.  You can preview the techniques online at Gracie University, gracieuniversity.com, or by purchasing the DVDs from the online Gracie Store at gracieacademy.com.  Better yet, train with us for 10 days for free.  The Women Empowered classes are held on Wednesday nights at 7:30 PM and on Saturday morning at 11 AM.  The cost is $125 per month while enrolled in the course.
